Nicole Thweatt, LMHC
Nicole Thweatt is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with a Doctorate in Psychology. Over the course of eighteen years in the mental health field, she has gained an immense amount of experience working with survivors of domestic violence, trauma-related incidents, family conflict, and emotional and behavioral matters, including depression, mood dysregulation, and conflict. Additionally, she has knowledge and experience in empowerment and assertive communication skills training, parent support, anger management, and women's health. Nicole provides an eclectic therapeutic approach with an emphasis on cognitive-behavioral, trauma-informed care, and brief solution-focused modalities. She is passionate about providing a safe space for voices to be heard. When she is not helping clients, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, participating in martial arts, practicing mindfulness, and enjoying the outdoors.
