Biography

Gabrielle Lankin is a Licensed Master of Social worker with 9 years of experience working with adults, young adults, and teens. She has worked as a clinician in various environments, including mental health clinics, outpatient hospitalization, schools, and youth centers. 

As an integrative and holistic therapist, Gabrielle encourages her clients to prioritize all of their needs, including mental health, and social, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs. Theories and techniques include: psychodynamic-oriented, CBT, insight-oriented, Narrative therapy interventions, Somatic Expression interventions, mindfulness interventions, Feminist theory, and short-term solution-focused strategies. Her style is collaborative and open.  She is currently accepting clients 16+.

Specialty areas include adults in transitional periods of their lives including: change in relationship status, addressing academic stress and anxiety, young adults struggling with executive functioning, high-performing students struggling with related anxiety, and young adults struggling with “failure to launch” challenges.  Other areas include: relationship issues including divorce, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, OCD, teens and young adults who identify on the queer spectrum, and teens and young adults struggling with religious conflict. 

Gabrielle has worked with a wide range of cultural and religious backgrounds.
